Founded in 2000, Brown Sugar Stitchers Quild Guild is a vibrant, multi-generational community of 140+ quilters from metro-Atlanta and thirteen other states. Our mission is to preserve, promote, and celebrate the rich legacy of African American quilting traditions—through creativity, education, and community service.

From heartfelt handmade quilts for children in foster care and sickle cell patients, to educational programs and exhibitions, our work threads together artistry and advocacy.
